REGISTRATION
Transfer Policy: You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying humtbfestival@gmail.com in writing no later than one week before the festival. Your written request must include your name and email address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a transfer confirmation email will be sent.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Our cancellation policy states that NO refunds will be issued if you cannot make it to the festival. We will defer your registration for one year if you notify us at least one week prior to the festival start date. If you notify us within one week of the event start date, transfer and credit are not available. You might consider purchasing trip insurance to protect your festival plans. We will not refund or transfer your money if you have to cancel within one week of the festival start date.
The Hurricane Festival Director reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
